The Kop Hill Climb Festival is a unique, volunteer-run charity event celebrating over a century of motoring history. The weekend features an exciting non-competitive hill climb with a wide variety of classic, vintage, and modern vehicles, alongside motorcycle displays, a soapbox challenge, live music, trade stands, and family entertainment. See around 600 vehicles take on the hill and on display over the weekend. The event raises significant funds for local charities and community projects and attracts thousands of visitors each year. Over £1.3 million has been raised since the revival in 2009
